Return policy

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges and time

We offer express delivery to most locations all across India with tracking available. Express delivery generally takes minimum of 2 and maximum of 7 working days. We offer free shipping on all our orders above Rs. 500.

Return and Exchange

We take pride in delivering you high-quality and thoughtful designed premium products, but occasionally something might slip through the crack. If your product is damaged or if you received an incorrect order, please mail us at contact@bellblock.in within 7 days of delivery.

Incase of a return, we will initiate the return pickup. In some cases we might not be able to pick up the order, in that case customer need to send us the product back and we will refund the shipping charges as well with the refund amount. After receiving the product, we will quality check the same and refund the full amount within 48 hrs to your original payment source. Any damage to the product will disqualify you for any refund.

Incase of an exchange, we will initiate the return pickup and will ship the exchange product after receiving the return product. If the returned product is damaged or if its wrong product, we will disqualify you for any exchange or refund.

Remember, we offer one year warranty on all our products so if face any issues with the product down the line, please mail us at contact@bellblock.in.
